MEET ERIC BAPTISTE
Eric Baptiste is the founder and team leader of Rising Markets Realty Group. Eric spent 25 years in the finance industry, working for one of the world’s largest financial firms within their brokerage department. He holds 2 principal licenses and 3 securities licenses. In addition, Eric has spent 16 years in real estate in the Phoenix, Flagstaff, Prescott and Tucson markets. Eric grew up right here in Mesa and has been in Arizona for the past 38 years. He is very well versed in the East Valley, Scottsdale and Phoenix areas.
INVESTMENT PROPERTIES
Eric has worked with several investors purchasing rental properties and fix and flip opportunities for resale. He has a diverse network of trades people who can complete nearly any job quickly, within scope and cost effectively. If you need something done, Eric’s “gotta guy.”
COMMUNITY STEWARDSHIP
Eric is actively involved in his community and church. In addition, he has worked extensively with several nonprofit groups as a Board member and for Fundraising, Volunteerism and Community Advocacy efforts.
FAMILY
Eric is married with two daughters. He enjoys escaping north to his family cabin, off-roading, exploring, scuba diving and almost anything to do with water.
